Sydelle Ricardo Development Institute
Sydelle Ricardo Development Institute empowers individuals, teams, and organizations through training, coaching, and consultancy focused on transformation and purposeful living. They needed a brand identity that was warm, professional, and aligned with their mission to spark growth and clarity in a fast-changing world.
Rebranding the Development Institute with purposeful brand identity
The institute wanted a unified yet flexible visual identity that could represent both its organizational purpose and its founder’s work as a Purpose Coach.
The challenge was to create a cohesive identity that could distinguish between the institute and Sydelle’s personal brand, while remaining deeply aligned in look, feel, and values. It needed to convey clarity, transformation, and empowerment—without becoming visually complex.
We developed a dual-logo system and brand identity that reflected the institute’s professional character and Sydelle’s personal coaching voice.
The identity features a warm, clean aesthetic with four accent colors representing transformation and growth. Typography and layout were chosen for clarity and calmness, while custom templates for social media, brochures, and online materials ensured brand consistency across all touchpoints. Empowering photography and soft color gradients rounded out the brand system with a human and hopeful feel.
