AT CHARO is a hospitality brand offering a collection of modern villas and top-rated apartments located in the quiet and charming Charo neighborhood. Designed with both short-term travelers and long-term residents in mind, AT CHARO blends contemporary design with a peaceful atmosphere. From the online discovery to the moment of arrival, the guest experience is at the center of its offering.
Crafting a Modern Brand Identity for Real Estate & Hospitality
The goal was to develop a brand identity that reflects the modern, simple, and relaxing atmosphere of the neighborhood while ensuring a seamless guest experience from online discovery to in-person stay.
As a brand in the real estate and hospitality industry, AT CHARO needed to establish a strong and recognizable identity that would appeal to both short-term travelers and long-term residents.
The challenge was to create a clean, contemporary, and inviting brand while maintaining a professional and high-quality presence across all platforms.
A visual identity was carefully developed to reflect these values, with a clean and fresh color palette, contemporary typography, and a minimalist yet welcoming aesthetic.
Beyond digital branding, the physical guest experience was also taken into consideration. AT CHARO’s identity was integrated into the apartments and villas through thoughtfully designed guest materials, including branded welcome guides, key cards, and interior signage. The overall goal was to create an effortless and enjoyable experience where guests could feel at home while still experiencing something unique and memorable.

Website Development & Social media
For the launch campaign, we developed a cohesive strategy that combined island-wide billboard placements with bold visuals, a dynamic social media campaign that captured the gym’s philosophy and facilities, and a custom-built website that highlighted HERU’s membership details and indoor-outdoor concept.
